We really liked how our cozy double room with a child bed was organized. It had everything we needed like heating, a key card entrance, and a TV. the staff were friendly, and overall, the service was good. 😊

The check-in was early and the atmosphere was elegant overall. Queen room included central heating, an electronic key card and a TV set. We appreciated the views of city and reasonably good breakfasts with clean dishes...

The hotel staff let us park the car in front of the hotel for free, which is a great convenience when you are in Thessaloniki. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. Room clean and hotel staff very kind. We would recommend this hotel to our friends, great value for money.

The air-conditioning is a little loud, you cant sleep with it turned on, and than it gets very hot. In the night, you can hear the noise (the music, night life of the town) even with the windows closed.

The hotel has magnificent views and an amazing location near leisure, historical, and shopping spots in the city. The rooms are well-heated and nicely styled, with spacious bathrooms.- The staff is gentle and provides very good service.- The hotel offers appetizing food and managed nearby parking.

The location is good, right in the center of the city. Rooms are quiet although there are night pus around. Breakfast is excellent, hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I can stay there again in future.

Night pubs around the hotel are noisy with music but you do not hear anything in the room.

The location of Minerva Premier was perfect for exploring the city's attractions. I enjoyed walking to the fabulous restaurants and the sea promenade, which added to the overall experience. The 24-hour front desk and efficient housekeeping were impressive, making me feel safe and well taken care of. The breakfast was good, providing a satisfying start to the day. Despite a few small drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel for its excellent value for money. I had a pleasant stay at Minerva Premier.

Szef śniadań niemiły, ściera blaty pod rekami gdy sobie goscie nakladaja jedzenie. W recepcji pan zawsze każe na siebie czekac. łAzienka - jakby w pokoju, wszystko slychac I czuc... Not polite chef breakfast. For receptionist we always waited. Bathroom - as if in room, all can hear and feel ...

Good classical style athmosphere. Good breakfast. Location.

1) Internet didn't work first two days of my stay. 2) TV set was broken and didn't work. 3) Last two nights they didn't clean my room and didn't change towels. 4) Tiny rooms. 5) Carpets in the elevator always were dirty. 6) Very noisy street. But athmosphere in the tiny room become very bad if you close the window.

mould in the bathroom-very bad smell, not very nice breakfast, hotel used to be luxury but now needs renovation (old beds, armchairs,...)

This hotel is in a great area, right in the center of the city. You can easily explore everything on foot, as it's only a 3-minute walk away from the city center. The rooms have a view of the old surrounding buildings, which adds to the charm of the hotel. The staff is attentive and the cleanliness is top-notch. Plus, the breakfast is included, even though the options are somewhat limited.
